Shipping policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We endeavor to dispatch your order promptly upon payment confirmation. Please note that when some products are out of stock, they will be shipped from the Chinese warehouse and the delivery time will be about 20 days. And shipping times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays with the carrier.
Normally, the time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 1-2 business days (excl. weekends and holidays)
- Shipping time: 3-5 business days (excl. weekends and holidays)
United States
We currently ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), and remote rural locations is temporarily unavailable.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order. Now we offer free standard shipping.
EU countries
For our European customers, we ship orders from our warehouse located in France. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped using standard shipping methods. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, typically ranging from 3-5 business days.
Shipping costs to European countries are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order. We also offer free standard shipping.
Canada
International shipping is now available. Free shipping is provided for certain products, and shipped using standard shipping methods. The delivery time is 3-5 business days. For products shipped from China, the shipping time will be about 20 days.
U.K.
Free shipping is now also available in the UK, and the delivery time will be 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
For some places that our current warehouses do not cover, we will ship from our warehouses in China, and the delivery time may take 20 days.
